In collaboration with the National Weather Service’s Melbourne office, WUCF introduced a weather forecaster character into the series to help young learners understand weather safety and science in a way that actually sticks. This recognition highlights the impact of WUCF’s partnerships and the role trusted local storytelling can play in delivering safety information to families.
